Our Policies

Cancellation Policy

WebsiteOnCall believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy, There is no cancellation of orders once order has been placed. In case you feel that the service received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving our services. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Refund Policy

We take 50% as advance payment for any service that is not refundable. Rest payment after completion of whole work. When you buy our services, please keep in mind that any Services you have taken is non refundable.
